India is having a long studying history, culture, religious groups and various diversification of traditions based on commonly accepted values. All saints have developed widely acceptable form of behaviour and values closed to universally accepted form of living.

During the Vedic days India strived for serene life and coherence in living. Literatures on sciences were published and widely accepted theories good living were brought to light. Even in political moves social consciousness and collective decision taking through Sabha, Samiti and Panchayats were having importance which is very closed to present form of democracy which accepts principles of equality, brotherlyhood, right of expression and social coherence through socially developed norms. It shall be a residential university with different departments headed by well-developed scientists and mission towards social awareness will be the aim of all subjects. This means evey subject will be class-oriented, research-oriented and extension service oriented.

This university shall have major three units :

1.  Administrative unit

2.  Subject learning unit

3.  Extension of knowledge to practices inregular life situations.

To achieve this, the students will have to go through Yoga, Science, Aurvedic Medicine, Sanskrit, English and local languages and administrative sciences which may have direct linkage to society.
